Thankful: Day 7

Today I am thankful that my mother taught me how to work as hard as she did. I've been stressed this past week on how I was going to pay my rent but with a little hard work and a lot of determination I was able to make the rest of my rent in just two days.  I could have easily taken the easy road and called a family member and asked them for the $65 dollars that I needed, but instead I worked for it.  Many people my age wouldn't work for the money, instead they would want it handed to them.  I'm proud to say that I can count on one hand the two years that I've lived on my own, the amount of times I have had to ask my parents for money. 

HARD WORK ALWAYS PAYS OFF!
