I was spoiled growing up with a great mother. She is always kind and caring, and always looking out for others before herself. I always worried that when I got to the point in my life where I was ready to settle down and marry someone that instead of having a mother-in-law, I'd have a monster-in-law.
I can honestly say that my future mother-in-law is far from a monster-in-law. She is so kind and caring and has always made me feel welcome in her home. I know that with out a doubt she is going to be a fantastic grandmother and a wonderful role model for my children. I am looking forward to the many Christmas's that we will spend with her and Raymond and hopefully some of the holiday's they will spend with us. I hope to be half the mother that she was to Patrick and David, and half the mother my mom was to my sister and I.
I'm not sure what I did to deserve such wonderful women in my life!
